We are also joined by the brilliant Lauren Kaufman who I happened to bump into in the digital world because of #Innovatorsmindset. Lauren has had many different roles in education. Currently one of these roles is helping teachers feel set up for success in her area, teaming first year teachers up with those who has been teaching for a while to create positive cycles where growth and learning is encouraged.
