In this episode we have Henry Burgess who shares his struggles and triumphs of his life journey so far and talks about the impact Autism has had on his life.
Henry speaks about what he remembers about school and what worked for him as well as what didn’t. He recalls different points in his life so far that has helped him learn about himself as well as sharing some tips about what he wishes people would know about him.
The main message that I have taken away from this episode is for us to understand and not judge. Attempt to read more, research, speak to others and continue to learn about people on an individual level so we can empower ourselves and empower others.
