1. Hiding behind a mask: Someone who understands me (1 minute/ 8minutes)
Autism is a spectrum and not all autistic people are the same. We must grow our understanding so we can see what strategies work to support and empower. Henry describes how he appreciates when people dig deeper to understand without judgement so he doesn't have to pretend.

2. 'How I am suppose to be' - Empowering all (11minutes)
Enabling all learners to find out about themselves is important, this is very important for autistic people as well! I have included a few links to places that show amazing advances including new apps that support communication.

3. Self Driven vs 'One answer only' (Linear) tasks - what way works for you to help you learn? (26minutes)
Henry talks about linear tasks being very restricting and he said self driven tasks supported his brain processing. He talks about having quiet space where he is not being judged and at his own pace. This was great insights as the word Judgement came up a lot. How can we set our sessions up so that learners don't look 'different' or 'singled out' to have to be doing different tasks. I have really been reflecting recently about how I can set my lessons up so that everyone is using visuals, setting their pace and this has definitely been promoting positive approaches from all. What do you do to create inclusive environments?

4. Emotional Regulation: Cognitive Empathy vs Emotional Empathy (33minutes)
Emotional Regulation is a great process to talk about as a whole class. Some learners may benefit from having visuals to support regulating. @Claire_R123 has many links to further support!!
